Consider the importance of morning prayer.

Shalom, and happy morning to you. It’s so wonderful to start your morning bright and cheerful, just like most mornings are. Speaking to Yah should be the first thing we do each morning, because he is first in everything. Plus, he’s longing to hear from us.
Considering mornings, can you imagine what the first mornings during creation week were like? On day one, light burst forth and dawned upon a renewed earth, and the brilliance of that light, stretching across the burgeoning earth with its various new growths and life starts, must have made quite a spectacular week of mornings. And each step of the way, our loving Creator was directing everything with a careful, pinpoint precision that was met with absolute perfection. Well, that ought to clue us in on how our mornings should start. Chaos, disorder, stress, and dark thoughts should not figure into those mornings. Our days should start just like Yah’s: he spoke to his creation, bringing everything into existence, now his creation, since its exists through him, should speak to him, morning by morning, with utterances of praise and thanksgiving. Like the psalmist, David, we should be able to say:
3 O Yah, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.
