SPRING FEAST RECIPE: WEEK OF UNLEAVENED
Combine all ingredients, except the milk, which you will add that gradually until dough is soft, smooth and pliable.
Roll flat on dusted cutting board and cut out shapes using desired cookie cutter (without pagan shapes of course).
Place on cookie sheet, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness and desired texture.
Note: This recipe is so forgiving, you can probably add any dried fruit for a variety of deliciousness.
I only had about ½ cup of einkorn left one year, so I mixed it with some bread flour I had in the pantry (bread flour and self-rising flour are not the same).
